Our Company

Caribbean Corporate Services Limited ("CCSL") has been established in the BVI since 1978. The company provides a full range of offshore services, including formation and management of companies, establishment of trusts and trustee services, mutual fund assistance, yacht registration, fiduciary and other general administrative and professional services.

CCSL is licensed in the BVI as a general trust company without any restrictions, under the Banks and Trust Companies Act 1990, and has a paid up capital of US$250,000.

Existing clients of CCSL include professional firms of accountants and lawyers, banks and trust companies, international corporations and high net-worth individuals, situated in more than forty countries.

CCSL has long-standing associations, and works in close co-operation with, other professional services firms in the BVI, including accountants, attorneys, investment advisors and captive insurance managers

Our People

CCSL is managed by professionals with extensive international experience, who are very familiar with all aspects of doing business in the BVI.

Ralph Nabarro, Managing Director, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, a member of ITPA, STEP and The Offshore Institute, with over 30 years professional experience in major international accounting firms in the UK and Caribbean. He founded CCSL in 1978 and was the founding partner of Deloitte & Touche in the BVI.

Under the management of Mrs Janice Skelton and Ms.Keren Frett, day-to-day operations are administered predominantly by British Virgin Islands personnel.

CCSL is dedicated to the principal of high quality, personal, professional, and confidential service. Each client is personally served by one of our corporate administrators and the quality of service is constantly monitored and reviewed.

CCSL actively encourages and sponsors British Virgin Islands personnel in continuing education, and to attain internationally recognised qualifications, such as those of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
