Professional Services and Fees
CCSL provides
a broad range of professional corporate and trustee services, including
: -
- Incorporation,
based on specific client instruction;
- Sale of shelf
companies, incorporated by CCSL and held available for immediate
use by clients;
- Provision of registered
office and registered agent in the BVI, including required filings with
the Registrar of Companies;
- Directorships,
either through an in-house corporate nominee or on a personal basis;
- Provision of nominee
shareholders;
- Optional maintenance
and optional filing of register of directors, shareholders or mortgages
and charges;
- Winding up and
dissolution;
- Comprehensive administrative
services, including accounting, operation and maintenance of bank accounts,
preparation and execution of corporate documentation;
- Formation of trusts,
based upon specific client instruction;
- Provision of trustees;
- Other professional
services, particularly audit, management consulting, insolvency, captive
insurance management and legal services can be arranged for our clients
through service providers with whom CCSL works in close cooperation

CCSL's scale
of professional fees are competitive in the marketplace.
Typical "standard"
fees for specific services include:
- Incorporation,
including Government registration fees, company seal and out-of-pocket
expenses, or sale of a shelf company - US$ 950 (Excluding professional
advice and assistance in structuring);
- Provision of registered
office and registered agent, excluding Government licence fee and out-of-pocket
expenses - US$ 400 per annum;
- Provision of director(s)
- US$ 500 - US$ 750 per annum per director;
- Formation of a
trust, based upon our pro-forma trust deed - US$ 1,000;
- Provision of trustees
- US$ 500 per annum.

Charges for additional
time spent are based on the level of expertise necessary, at prevailing
hourly professional rates.
Fees to other professional
advisors are negotiable, based upon the circumstances in each case, including
the anticipated level of business and structure of administrative procedures.
