Incorporate offshore
Incorporate an offshore company in the BVI - an introduction.
Since the introduction of the International Business Companies Act (IBC
Act) in 1984, in excess of 500,000 IBC's have been incorporated in the
BVI, making the BVI the most significant and popular offshore corporate
domicile.
Why incorporate
offshore?
There are numerous reasons to legitimately incorporate offshore. To maintain
business confidentiality, to legally avoid inappropriate regulations,
preserve wealth in a tax-free environment, or create a flexible structure
with which to make cross border investments.

How confidential are the details of an IBC? - We as the registered office
of the IBC are required to maintain a copy of the Registers of Shareholders
and Directors. However, there is no requirement for these Registers to
be filed with the BVI Authorities.

are the details of the beneficial owner of an IBC?
For due diligence purposes, we require details of the beneficial owners
