Newhaven BVI comprises Newhaven Corporate Services (BVI) Limited, formerly Caribbean Corporate Services Limited) and Newhaven Trustees (BVI) Limited, formerly ATC Trustees (BVI) Limited. Both companies have been established in the BVI for more than twenty years. The companies provide a full range of company secretarial and fiduciary services, including formation and management of companies, establishment of trusts and trustee services, mutual fund assistance, yacht registration and other general administrative and professional services.

We have a Class I Trust Licence, without restriction, issued by the British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission.

Existing clients include professional firms of accountants and lawyers, banks and trust companies, international corporations and high net worth individuals, situated in more than forty countries.
